Support for the whole person

Healing and learning are interconnected

Our thoughts, emotions, bodies, relationships, environments, and life experiences are deeply connected. Andria's work combines evidence-informed counselling approaches with body-based, mindfulness, movement, and reflective practices — adapted to each person's circumstances, goals, preferences, and readiness.

Person-centred and collaborative

Sessions are guided by your experience and goals, never prescriptive.

Trauma-informed practice

Safety, choice, trust, and empowerment are at the centre of every session.

Integrated mind-body approach

Bringing together thoughts, emotions, body awareness, and lived experience.
