Professional background
Experience across counselling, education and wellbeing
Andria has worked with children, adolescents, and adults in education, community, counselling, and professional development settings. Her experience includes individual, group, and family work, as well as supporting people with trauma histories, mental health concerns, behavioural challenges, neurodiverse presentations, and personal or professional stress.
Her studies and professional development have taken her to southern India and other learning environments, contributing to an approach that values cultural awareness, embodied learning, reflection, and lifelong development.
Throughout her career, Andria has supported young people at risk, individuals with neurodiverse presentations, behavioural challenges, and trauma. These experiences have strengthened her belief that meaningful change occurs when people feel safe, understood, and empowered within a respectful and collaborative relationship.
