Trauma-Informed Counselling

Trauma-informed counselling recognises that past experiences can influence emotions, body responses, relationships, behaviour, learning, and a person's sense of safety.

Sessions are paced collaboratively and may focus on understanding patterns, developing coping strategies, strengthening self-awareness, and supporting a greater sense of stability in daily life.

Note: This service does not claim to "remove" trauma or guarantee recovery.

Childhood Trauma Support

Support may include exploring how earlier experiences continue to affect present-day emotions, relationships, body responses, and beliefs. The work is approached carefully, with attention to safety, pacing, choice, and the client's current resources.

This service focuses on the ongoing impact that early-life experiences may have on relationships, self-belief, emotional responses, boundaries, and behaviour.

Cognitive Behavioural Therapy

Cognitive Behavioural Therapy explores the relationship between thoughts, emotions, physical responses, and behaviour. Sessions may involve identifying unhelpful patterns, developing practical strategies, and experimenting with new ways of responding.

CBT may be integrated with person-centred, trauma-informed, and somatic approaches where appropriate. It is not presented as suitable for everyone or as a guaranteed solution.

Somatic Therapy

Somatic therapy brings attention to the body's sensations, patterns of tension, movement, breath, posture, and responses to stress. Through gentle, collaborative practices, clients may develop greater awareness of how experiences are held and expressed in the body.

Sessions are adapted to the individual and do not require clients to disclose more than they are ready to discuss.

Note: Somatic therapy is not the same as massage. It is a therapeutic and body-awareness approach.

Fatigue & Exhaustion Management

Support for fatigue and exhaustion may explore stress load, recovery, sleep routines, emotional demands, work or study pressures, boundaries, movement, and patterns of overextension.

Note: This service does not replace medical assessment. People experiencing persistent, severe, or unexplained fatigue should consult an appropriate medical professional.

Sport & Performance Excellence

Performance support is designed for athletes, coaches, performers, leaders, and other high-performing individuals who want to develop greater self-awareness, focus, emotional regulation, recovery, and consistency.

Sessions may explore performance pressure, confidence, pre-event routines, setbacks, identity, motivation, fatigue, communication, and the relationship between mental and physical performance.

Note: This service does not promise improved results, rankings, or performance outcomes.

Yoga

Yoga sessions combine movement, breath, attention, and reflection. Sessions can be adapted for different experience levels and may support body awareness, mobility, relaxation, and mindful connection.

Group Therapy & Wellbeing Sessions

Group sessions provide a facilitated environment for shared learning, reflection, connection, and support. Groups may focus on trauma-informed wellbeing, emotional awareness, stress management, mindfulness, somatic practices, or personal development.

Group participation involves respecting privacy, boundaries, and the experiences of others.
