How It Works
Your journey from enquiry to sessions
Understanding the process can reduce uncertainty. Here is what to expect when you reach out to The Cape Somatic and Integrated Therapies.
Make an enquiry
Complete the enquiry form, email, or phone the practice. You do not need to have everything figured out before reaching out — simply expressing interest is enough to begin.
Initial conversation
The initial conversation provides an opportunity to discuss what you are seeking, ask questions, and consider whether the service is appropriate for your needs. This is a two-way process — it is also a chance for you to assess whether the service feels right.
Agree on a service
Together, Andria and you identify the most suitable format — whether counselling, somatic work, mindfulness, yoga, performance support, or a group program. The approach is collaborative and guided by your goals.
Begin sessions
Sessions may be offered in person, online, or in another agreed format, subject to suitability and availability. The frequency and pacing of sessions will be discussed and agreed upon together.
Review and adjust
The work is reviewed collaboratively over time. The approach, goals, frequency, or referrals may change as your circumstances develop. Flexibility is built into the process — your needs guide the direction.
